Sambar palya

 3 spoon kutumbri 1/4 mente  1/2 jeerige, saseeve  Swalpa tamarind  Coconut grats.  Ingu  Mensu red  4  Grind it with water . _-----------  Bandi li oggarne ( saseeve, Uddin bele, mensu, curry leave ) and cook the vegetables. ----------- Mix above ingredients and put termeric, Bella, salt.  

Paysa

 Boil water + add hesr bele / godhi kadhi / savage ( dry in ghee)  Or  samtekayi / sorekayi once it's cooked in water add 1 saute of rave ( fry it in ghee )to it .  This remains same for all :  Once it's cooked properly add sugar  Lil salt (chitke) Grinded coconut , elaichi, dry fruits , kesari 

Tove

 Hear bele boil  Once cooked hasi mensu , hasi ginger, salt , termeric, lil bella . Swich off stove, half lemon squeeze,  Oggarane : tuppa + jeerige 

Tomato saruuuu

 Nuggekayi + 🍅 cook  Togari cook separately  Soak hing and tamarind in a glass of water  Sambar :  Kuttumbari 3spoons,  Sasive , jerige, mente, uddinbele all half spoons  Hing  Red chilles - 5  Fry all these masala in oil for 5 minutes  Grind it without water and coconut  ---- Mix all the above to the cooked vegetables and add kuttumbari soppu, bella, salt, arishina  Oggarane - sasive, uddinbele, curry leaves red chilli , hing .

Mente parota

Chop Mente leaves and cook it with 2 spoons of oil  + 2 glass of water + salt + sugar + ghee  Mix wheat flour  Next steps follows as we do for making chapati 

Palak gojju

 Palak cut  Mensu + salt + tamarind + bella  And cook  Once it cools down , put grated coconut and grind it  Bellulli oggarane / hing oggarane
